Fertility Starts with Feeling Supported

Biography:

Jess Tims is a certified Fertility Doula and reiki practitioner with a masters degree in communication, and most importantly she is a mom who understands first-hand that the path to pregnancy is not always easy. Jess own struggle with unexplained infertility inspired her to become certified to support women on their fertility journey. Jess uses a mind-body approach to support women through the ups and downs of infertility, pregnancy loss and IVF. She can be found online @fertilityjess and lives in Long Beach, CA with her family.

Research Interests:

 The path to fertility can be emotionally taxing and physically demanding, often leaving women feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and disconnected from their bodies. In this presentation, Jess Tims, a leading fertility doula, will explore the emerging role that fertility doulas provide to complement traditional medical approaches. Attendees will learn about the importance of emotional and mental well-being during the fertility process and how being supported with holistic practices such as nutrition, mindfulness, energy healing, and stress reduction can positively impact fertility outcomes. This presentation will also provide practical strategies for fertility professionals to support their clients on a deeper, more emotional level. Through case studies, personal experiences, and scientific research, Jess Tims will demonstrate how individualized, compassionate care can reduce stress, build resilience, and empower women to navigate the often-complex fertility journey.
